Before joining DeVry/Keller full-time, Professor Salitore amassed over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in human resources, evenly split between the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. Since returning to full-time teaching in 2011, he has served as Faculty Chair in the Department of Management and Business, where he is highly engaged in developing courses on Human Resources, Change Management, and Leadership for both undergraduate and graduate programs. Professor Salitore’s expertise spans all levels of leadership, management, and the entire HR management portfolio.
