Robert J. Sarvis, PhD. | Professor

Faculty Advisor

I am a native of San Antonio, Texas. My wife and I reside in the Texas Hill Country between Boerne and Sisterdale. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Trinity University-San Antonio. I earned my Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University-San Antonio. I earned my Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A & M University-College Station, Texas.

I have facilitated a number of graduate and undergraduate courses including:

My research interests include a behaviorists approach to cognition, learning and experiential education with adult learner populations in non-traditional and corporate training and development venues.


I have over 40-years’ experience in business management/manufacturing,

adult education administration and adult education, training and development.


My leisure time activities include spending time with my family at our home in the Texas Hill Country as well as Amateur Radio, “The Shooting Sports” and Hunting.
